Job Overview

  • Drive service revenue growth by selling maintenance contracts, warranties, and lifecycle support solutions for biomedical and healthcare technology equipment.
  • Focus on expanding installed base coverage, improving contract renewals, and building long term customer relationships to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell AMC, CMC, extended warranties, spare parts, and value added services.
  • Identify new service opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with biomedical, procurement, and hospital management teams.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with service engineers to assess equipment and define service scope.
  • Maintain C4C pipeline and submit regular sales reports.

Portfolio Coverage

  • Dental systems.
  • Critical Care equipment (ICU, monitors, ventilators, anesthesia).
  • Sterilization Units.
  • Radiology / Imaging.
  • In depth knowledge of ultrasound technology and its applications in healthcare (advantage).
  • Healthcare IT (advantage).
  • Nurse Call Systems (advantage).

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related technical field.
  • 3 5+ years' experience in healthcare equipment service or technical sales.
  • Experience in service contracts or after sales support preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of medical equipment.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of tender preparation.
  • Financial awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
