- Promote and sell AMC, CMC, extended warranties, spare parts, and value added services
- Identify new service opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with biomedical, procurement, and hospital management teams
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with service engineers to assess equipment and define service scope
- Maintain C4C pipeline and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related technical field
- 3 5+ years of experience in healthcare equipment service or technical sales
- Experience in service contracts or after sales support preferred
- Technical knowledge of medical equipment
- Customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of tender preparation
- Financial awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Self motivated with proactive approach to business development
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Overview
- Drive service revenue growth by selling maintenance contracts, warranties, and lifecycle support solutions for biomedical and healthcare technology equipment.
- Focus on expanding installed base coverage, improving contract renewals, and building long term customer relationships to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AMC, CMC, extended warranties, spare parts, and value added services.
- Identify new service opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with biomedical, procurement, and hospital management teams.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with service engineers to assess equipment and define service scope.

Portfolio Coverage
- Dental systems.
- Critical Care equipment (ICU, monitors, ventilators, anesthesia).
- Sterilization Units.
- Radiology / Imaging.
- In depth knowledge of ultrasound technology and its applications in healthcare (advantage).
- Healthcare IT (advantage).
- Nurse Call Systems (advantage).
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related technical field.
- 3 5+ years' experience in healthcare equipment service or technical sales.
- Experience in service contracts or after sales support preferred.
- Technical knowledge of medical equipment.
- Customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of tender preparation.
- Financial awareness.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
