Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in insurance business development, healthcare operations, pharmacy management, or commercial healthcare partnerships
- Strong understanding of UAE healthcare insurance systems and payer networks
- Experience managing insurance company relationships and commercial negotiations
- Proven track record in revenue growth and partnership development
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Commercial and financial acumen
- MBA or relevant healthcare/business certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Insurance Business Development: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, healthcare groups, and corporate clients.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
- MBA or relevant healthcare/business certifications preferred.
