About the Role

- Own end to end management of an assigned passenger car portfolio, including competitor benchmarking, pricing strategy, product positioning, and value proposition
- Coordinate and support vehicle launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go to market strategy
- Communicate product features, updates, and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and R&D across KSA and China to drive timely delivery of product enhancements
- Develop and maintain core product documentation, including Market Product Specification (MPC) sheets
- Maintain consistent communication with third party automotive partners and suppliers
- Work with Customer Experience team to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey
- Proactively identify and drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and performance data
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Proven experience within the automotive industry, ideally in product management or product planning at OEM HQ, National Sales Company, or Distributor level
- Exposure to electric vehicles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership in a fast growing, dynamic environment
- Analytical and data driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with NEV technical and product elements (ADAS, emissions standards, functional safety regulations)
- Valid driver's license for passenger car
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage

About The Job
- As a Product Manager, you will support leading product localisation activities to ensure seamless and timely vehicle launches across selected passenger car portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- You will play a key role in coordinating product requirements and managing critical processes throughout the full product lifecycle.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, as well as R&D teams across KSA and China, to gather, analyse, and translate market insights and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Customer Experience team to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and addressing product related enquiries.
- Proactively identify and drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and performance data.

Requirements
- Proven experience within the automotive industry, ideally in a product management or product planning role at OEM HQ, National Sales Company, or Distributor level, with exposure to electric vehicles preferred.
