About The Role
- We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. This role integrates strategic planning, team leadership, and cross functional collaboration to deliver sustainable, market aligned growth and strengthen our premium brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep dive research into KSA’s automotive market environment, including regulatory frameworks, consumer behavior patterns, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop mid to long term sales goals, localized marketing strategies, and pricing models tailored to regional demand.
- Establish and scale a localized sales team aligned with KSA’s business landscape.
- Define clear, measurable performance metrics and deliver regular industry specific training.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to secure region specific resources.
- Proactively monitor KSA’s political, economic, and legal developments.
- Identify potential risks and develop robust contingency plans.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales management experience in the automotive sector, with at least 3 years focused on the KSA market.
