- Define and execute network expansion roadmap aligned with market potential and coverage gaps
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealer partners across priority markets
- Ensure right partner selection based on capability, investment strength, and long term alignment
- Lead contract discussions and onboarding of new dealers
- Develop market wise network strategy (cities, formats, throughput targets)
- Ensure optimal geographic coverage and accessibility for customers
- Monitor network performance and recommend consolidation or expansion as required
- Drive NPS improvement across sales and ownership journey
- Establish clear customer journey standards across all dealerships
- Define and enforce dealership standards (facility, process, customer handling)
- Ensure compliance with corporate identity (CI) and operational guidelines
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective action plans
Requirements
- 12–15+ years in automotive network development or retail operations
- Strong experience in dealer appointment, management, and standards enforcement
- Proven track record of expanding and managing multi market dealer networks
- Strong understanding of Middle East dealer landscape and partner dynamics
- Experience in driving customer experience (NPS) improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for selecting the right partners, ensuring network readiness, and driving NPS and operational excel
