About the Role

- Monitor and analyze daily sales data at store, trim, and customer journey level
- Track leads to order to delivery process and identify bottlenecks
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and payment
- Execute 3+3 rolling forecast mechanism and review demand plans with importer
- Design and implement joint promotional strategies with importer
- Identify sales gaps and drive improvement plans
- Monitor competitor pricing, policies, and marketing activities
- Provide insights for pricing and product positioning in Saudi market
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, channel management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for sales data and market trends
- Ability to manage inventory and forecast demand
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry (preferred)

- 维护库存健康：监控库存周转，防止车型结构失衡或库存积压。
- 提升品牌市场份额：通过精准的竞品对标与促销策略，确保增长并领先。
核心职责
- 销售全链路数字化监控与分析：负责汇总并深入分析多维度的销售日报，颗粒度须穿透至门店、车型 (Trim)、购车方式、及客户历程中各阶段和时间节点。
- 重点监控“线索 订单 交付” (Leads to Order to Delivery) 全流程，通过 OTD 效率分析识别业务瓶颈，并驱动进口商协同解决。
- 采购订单与交付管理：根据年度目标，主导经销商的下单节奏，确保其按时、按量完成采购订单，并及时回款。
- 协调内部相关部门，解决车辆销售给进口商流程中的各类问题，确保车辆准时交付至进口商指定地点。
- 3+3 滚动预测与管线管理：严格执行 3+3 滚动预测机制，定期与进口商复盘未来的需求规划。
- 确保未来订单 (Order Pipeline) 的充足性与准确性，为供应链及产能分配提供可靠依据。
- 联合促销策略策划与执行：基于市场趋势与数据分析，与进口商共同设计具备竞争力的促销方案。
- 负责促销效果的实时追踪与复盘，根据动态销量数据调整销售策略。
- 销售缺口诊断与业绩改进：主动识别销售进度与目标之间的缺口，制定并主导实施专项改进方案。
- 组织定期销售相关会议，推动进口商团队解决实际执行层面的问题，并监管进度和结果。
- 竞品动态与渠道洞察：持续追踪竞品的价格变动、商务政策及营销手段，提供具前瞻性的对标报告。
- 深度调研沙特当地渠道表现，为比亚迪在当地的价格体系及产品布局提供决策支持。
