Job Objective

  • Responsible for Saudi market business policy governance and sales plan management. Core task is to convert annual sales targets into executable plans and ensure business goal achievement and channel financial health through rigorous business policy framework and rebate process management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Plan and PSI Management: Coordinate departments to develop detailed annual sales plans based on annual targets.
  • Dynamic Forecasting: Track market performance, update sales forecasts, and optimize inventory structure.
  • Business Policy Architecture: Design dealer business policies, initiate internal approvals, and publish policies.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Establish policy archives, ensure consistency and compliance, and evaluate policy effectiveness.
  • Dealer Rebate Full Process: Communicate rebate policies, collect and audit dealer data, calculate rebate amounts.
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with finance for audit and payment to ensure timely and accurate rebate settlement.
  • Core Business Data Asset Management: Build and maintain databases covering inventory, pricing, budget, policy progress, and rebate status.
  • Decision Support: Provide data analysis to support sales strategy adjustments.
