Role Overview
Oaklyn Real Estate is expanding its sales team and seeking a target-oriented Telesales Officer in Dubai.
The role focuses on selling off-plan and secondary-market property opportunities to prospective buyers and investors.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors from qualified leads.
- Pitch off-plan and secondary-market property opportunities.
- Qualify leads and book viewings or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their investment needs.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing.
- Real estate experience is preferred according to the role description.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and/or Arabic.
- Confidence, resilience, and comfort handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, and is normalized as onsite from the provided workplace metadata.
