The company is expanding its sales team and provides training, coaching, mentorship, and marketing support.
Role Overview
Property Consultants will promote properties, convert leads, advise clients, manage listings, negotiate transactions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan and secondary-market properties.
- Convert company-generated leads and build a personal client network.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
- Advise buyers and investors on trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Generate and manage sales and rental listings.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions.
- Maintain CRM records and track market developments.
- Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in off-plan, secondary market, leasing, or rentals, or a proven sales background in another target-driven customer-facing industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven candidates are sought.
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual ability is preferred.
Compensation and Support
- The compensation package includes a basic salary and commission.
- The company offers company-generated leads, training, coaching, leadership support, personal branding support, and marketing and administrative assistance.
