Role Overview

Oaklyn Realty is hiring a Secondary Sales Manager to lead its expanding Secondary Market division in Dubai.

The role requires community expertise, an established buyer and seller network, active listings, and leadership experience.

Compensation

  • The stated compensation is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month plus up to 5% overrides.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Secondary Market Property Consultants and drive monthly targets, revenue, listings, and team performance.
  • Build relationships with owners, sellers, buyers, investors, and landlords while managing active listings and seller relationships.
  • Maintain buyer and investment-client pipelines and support negotiations, meetings, viewings, and deal closures.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipelines, CRM activity, and conversion performance, and develop strategies for community-level growth.
  • Coach agents and stay current on Dubai secondary-market trends, pricing, inventory, and community developments.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of Dubai real estate experience, including 2 years in a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or leadership role.
  • Strong secondary-market expertise, an established network, and a track record of listings and closed transactions.
  • Specialization in Dubai communities or areas with strong local market knowledge.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and managing Property Consultants.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, closing, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English, with additional languages advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Dubai valuations, market trends, communities, transaction processes, CRM, and sales pipelines.
