- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from company generated and assigned databases
- Introduce Habico Properties' real estate projects and investment opportunities
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements, budgets, and investment interests
- Schedule meetings and property consultations for the sales team
- Follow up with potential buyers and investors to maintain engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead generation, and appointments
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant project information
- Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure seamless lead handover
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and developer offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage
- Comfortable working night shifts targeting international markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Positive attitude, self motivated, and goal oriented

About the Role
- Habico Properties is looking for an energetic and target driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, generating interest in off plan and ready property projects, and scheduling appointments for the sales consultants.
- This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and real estate.
