The position is Telesales for an Abu Dhabi-based agritech food business focused on organic poultry and livestock farming.
Employment and Location
- The role is full time and located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Job Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to health-conscious families and fitness enthusiasts across the UAE.
- Sell premium organic poultry, fresh dairy, and regenerative agricultural produce using structured scripts.
- Handle price objections by explaining organic quality, health benefits, and clean nutrition.
- Accurately record client delivery details, schedules, and preferences in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills are required.
- At least five years of telesales, outbound sales, or B2C sales experience is required.
- Strong customer engagement, objection handling, CRM, and sales target achievement skills are required.
- FMCG, food, e-commerce, or related industry experience is preferred.
