Position
The role is Logistics Executive for an FMCG distributor operating across modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce, and HORECA channels.
The employment type is full time, and the job location is Sharjah, UAE.
Client
The client is a UAE-based FMCG distributor representing international brands and focused on quality, innovation, and efficient supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes and distribution activities for timely deliveries.
- Manage vehicle allocation, fuel consumption, Salik and DARB recharges, and vehicle maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate drivers and helpers.
- Monitor fleet and delivery expenses, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate logistics records.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant logistics or distribution experience.
- Hands-on experience in FMCG route planning, fleet management, and distribution operations.
- Good knowledge of UAE areas, routes, and distances.
- Experience managing drivers and helpers.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
