Job Description
- Support employee records, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, leave, attendance, HR documentation, and employee requirements.
- Coordinate employment visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID, medical fitness, work permits, labour contracts, and related government documentation.
- Support HR matters involving probation, notice periods, working hours, leave entitlements, end-of-service benefits, and employment documentation.
- Liaise with PROs, government authorities, typing centres, insurance providers, and other external parties.
- Monitor visa and document expiry dates, maintain trackers, and complete applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of UAE HR administration or HR operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hands-on experience with visas, work permits, Emirates ID, medical fitness, renewals, cancellations, and government processes.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, English communication, MS Office and HR systems skills, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple records and deadlines.
