Position Overview
The position is Maintenance Technician for a restaurant group with outlets across the Middle East.
The employment type is full time and the job location is Dubai, UAE.
Job Description
- Respond promptly to breakdowns at F&B outlets and conduct on-site repairs.
- Repair and maintain kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, and MEP systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to reduce operational downtime.
- Perform routine checks and repairs to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate maintenance needs with outlet managers and update records at head office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role within F&B outlets or restaurants.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen appliance and system maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
