The client is a Dubai-based real estate and property management company with over 30 years of experience in premium residential and commercial properties.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and project financials to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, site supervision, and performance monitoring.
- Lead execution through site visits, progress monitoring, issue resolution, change control, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 10 years of construction industry experience covering interiors and civil works.
- At least 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the complete construction process.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC, building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Aconex, with strong communication and project management skills.
