The Senior Category Manager will be responsible for growth and profitability within a technology-enabled home services business.
The role covers quality, supply, growth, innovation, service operations, and partner performance.
About the Client
The client is a technology-enabled home services company providing on-demand household services.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and profitability across quality, supply, growth, and innovation.
- Improve service quality and customer satisfaction through training, process improvements, and monitoring.
- Identify, onboard, and develop service aggregators and partners through market engagement and fieldwork.
- Manage partner relationships by improving partner economics, engagement, and loyalty.
- Solve business problems and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in category management, business operations, growth, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
- A hands-on, proactive approach, strong ownership, and willingness to work at the ground level.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Team or people management experience is an advantage.
