Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile, computer & Smartwatch Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain smartphones and wearable devices.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones and smartwatches (screen, battery, charging port, motherboard issues)
- Perform hardware repairs and component replacements with precision
- Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and applications
- Perform system maintenance and ensure devices function optimally
- Recover data from damaged or malfunctioning devices where possible
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile network)
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Interact with customers to explain issues, costs, and repair timelines
- Maintain service records, repair logs, and inventory documentation
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and testing procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile phone and/or smartwatch repair
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software (Android & iOS)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair at component level
- Familiarity with repair tools and diagnostic equipment
- Basic knowledge of mobile networks and connectivity issues
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and steady hand for delicate repairs
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
