Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities for tooling equipment, consumables, services, and CAPEX across the UAE and the region
- Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard suppliers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery while expanding the supplier network
- Conduct receiving inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain optimal stock, and support urgent project requirements through rapid local sourcing
- Collaborate with departments to forecast tooling needs and support localization initiatives to reduce lead times and improve cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database while evaluating vendor capabilities
Requirements
- 3 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in tooling, energy sector, or workshop environments
- Strong knowledge of tooling equipment, consumables, procurement systems, and familiarity with procurement processes and documentation
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in multicultural teams
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or willingness to learn

- Your day involves supporting procurement operations at SE GS Abu Dhabi Tooling Center by sourcing, evaluating, and procuring tooling equipment and consumables to meet operational needs.
- You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and streamline procurement processes.
