- Support due diligence and transaction execution in collaboration with Corporate M&A and cross functional teams
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to partnership development and maintenance of strategic external relationships
- Support post deal integration and value realization activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Extensive professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience in transaction processes, due diligence, and strategic projects
- Proven track record in preparing management presentations and investment recommendations
- International experience, ideally in the United States
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus

A Snapshot of Your Day
- As a Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions Manager, you will support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and acquisitions that drive growth and portfolio transformation within Gas Services.
- Working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions, you will develop business cases, perform financial analyses, support transaction execution, and contribute to strategic decisions at senior management level.

What You Bring
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with experience in transaction processes, due diligence, and strategic projects.
- Proven track record in preparing management presentations and investment recommendations.
- International experience, ideally in the United States, through professional assignments, studies, projects, or transaction exposure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, with German as a plus.
