- Develop and implement sales operating plans to ensure profitable growth
- Monitor customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service to enhance client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business with relevant sales experience
- Proven track record in sales performance growth and key account development
- Experience with sales planning, CRM utilization, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission market, particularly at 132 and 400kV
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to network with CxO
- Proficiency in software and CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Excel
