Responsibilities
- Lead digitalization initiatives and business process automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive performance scorecards for informed decision making
- Analyze and visualize data from various enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP, to generate actionable insights
- Support continuous improvement programs through audits, corrective actions, and risk management strategies
- Design and deploy AI driven solutions to automate reporting, compliance tracking, and business workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics within relevant sectors
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001)
- Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and development of management reporting systems
- Proficiency in utilizing AI powered tools and advanced analytics for data driven decision making
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Enablon, along with dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

How You’ll Make an Impact

What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics within relevant sectors.

- Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and the development of management reporting systems.
