Responsibilities
- Provide transparent controlling support for forecasting, budgeting, month end closing, performance reviews, KPI monitoring, and reporting
- Lead the Month End Closing process ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance
- Manage monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly controlling reports on headcount, cost centers, productivity, warranty reserves, new orders, and other KPIs
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Collaborate with finance community to enhance reporting processes and support digital transformation
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance or related field
- 6+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Expert level proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Alteryx
- Experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis in a multinational corporate controlling environment
- Strong digitalization and IT background with hands on experience in financial systems, process automation, and data analytics tools
- Advanced English proficiency
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship

A Snapshot of Your Day
- As a Financial Analyst, you will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for the business unit.
- You will track financial results against plan, analyze business performance and market trends, support forecasting activities, and provide insights for management decisions.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Provide transparent controlling support for forecasting, budgeting, month end closing, performance reviews, KPI monitoring, and reporting.
- Lead the Month End Closing process ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance, supporting balance sheet reconciliations for AR, BIE/CIE, and AP.
- Manage monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly controlling reports on headcount, cost centers, productivity, warranty and closeout reserves, new orders, and other KPIs.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Collaborate with finance community to enhance reporting processes and support digital transformation.
What You Bring
- BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance or related field.
- 6+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- Expert level financial, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Alteryx.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis in a multinational corporate controlling environment.
- Strong digitalization and IT background with hands on experience in financial systems, process automation, and data analytics tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
