Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001)
- Proven experience in digital transformation and process automation
- Proficiency in AI powered tools and advanced analytics
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Enablon, Power BI, Tableau
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- As a QEHS Digitalization & Analytics Professional, you will engage in meaningful projects driving digital transformation, developing intelligent reporting solutions and AI powered analytics to enhance operational excellence.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead digitalization initiatives and business process automation.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive performance scorecards.
- Analyze and visualize data from enterprise systems including Salesforce and SAP.
- Support continuous improvement programs through audits, corrective actions, and risk management.
- Design and deploy AI driven solutions to automate reporting, compliance tracking, and business workflows.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
- Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and management reporting systems.
- Proficiency in AI powered tools and advanced analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Enablon, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
