Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager will own day-to-day technical delivery planning and execution for the UDP build.
The role is based in Dubai and lists 15+ years of experience in the role header.
Responsibilities
- Translate program objectives into sprint and release plans.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, data, security, compliance, and vendor teams.
- Manage work breakdown structures, resource scheduling, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Coordinate lakehouse design, ETL/ELT pipeline delivery, and integrations with source systems.
- Track DDA compliance checkpoints and capture supporting evidence.
- Maintain the RAID log and escalate program-impacting risks.
- Produce sprint, status, and steering-committee delivery reports.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, defect triage, and resolution tracking.
- Align technical releases with change management and training activities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of total experience, including 5 or more years managing technical projects or delivery on data platform, cloud, or analytics programs.
- Working knowledge of data lakehouse architectures such as Databricks, Dremio, and Snowflake.
