Job Summary

The employer is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to support its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The role focuses on meaningful projects, collaboration, continuous learning, and contribution to company growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Hands-on experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs.
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and embedding AI into business workflows.
  • Expertise designing custom Copilot agents, connectors, secure data integration, and Copilot Studio configurations.
  • Ability to collaborate with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define use cases and build scalable AI solutions.
  • Ability to measure productivity gains, refine use cases based on feedback, and support change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI adoption programs or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and compliance in AI solutions.
  • Certification in Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud technologies.
  • Arabic-speaking capability is preferred.

Location

  • The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, including custom agents, connectors, secure data integration, and Copilot Studio configurations.
  • Automate workflows and embed AI into business processes to improve productivity.
  • Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and promote an AI-first culture.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define use cases.
  • Translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions.
  • Measure productivity gains and refine Copilot use cases based on user feedback.
  • Support change management and sustained AI adoption outcomes.
