Responsibilities
- Drive development and delivery of regulatory data products in line with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to create product roadmaps.
- Define product features and requirements based on stakeholder input and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and enhancement opportunities.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and issues.
- Keep product documentation, user guides, and training materials accurate and current.
- Lead product presentations and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics to guide future strategies and improvements.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of product management experience focused on data products and regulatory standards.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and their impact on product development.
- Proven record managing complex projects and products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer needs and business goals.
- Experience with data management tools and systems and familiarity with data privacy and protection laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certified Product Manager certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
- Experience in a regulatory, financial, or health sector is highly desirable.
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
