Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of systems engineers focused on designing and developing agentic systems.
- Oversee systems engineering projects from conceptual design through implementation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic systems into larger projects.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and systems engineering best practices.
- Ensure engineering projects and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving meetings focused on goals and efficiency.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field focused on agentic systems.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering life cycles and methodologies.
- Experience working in on-site settings and full-time project commitments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence and guide teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of agentic systems and their applications in various industries.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software.
- Systems engineering certification such as INCOSE CSEP is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while managing individual priorities.
- Strong project management skills for timelines and project roadmaps.
