Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing products and services with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct research and contribute to publications in leading AI journals and conferences.
- Implement machine learning algorithms that improve AI system performance and capabilities.
- Lead scalable AI system development with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and improve existing AI models against current technology advancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of AI development experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI expertise.
- Proven experience developing large-scale AI systems in commercial settings.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Extensive publication history in reputable AI conferences and journals is desirable.
- Experience deploying AI models in real-world applications.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience managing large and diverse engineering teams.
Additional skills
- Experience with cloud-based AI solutions and architectures.
- Familiarity with AI data privacy and ethical considerations.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to work on-site full-time and lead collaborative projects.
