Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of AI professionals delivering solutions across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI strategies.
- Oversee AI model development and deployment in line with company goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and objectives.
- Develop best practices for AI model development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Build stakeholder relationships to promote AI adoption.
- Stay updated on AI technologies and methodologies.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- More than ten years of experience in AI or a related field with a strong record of delivering AI solutions.
- Proven experience leading AI projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven and AI-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
- Experience using AI and machine learning platforms and tools.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from conception through execution and delivery.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others.
- AI or machine learning certification is a plus.
