Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure AI and data architectures for enterprise needs.
- Lead data models, data standards, and data processes across the organization.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into data architecture solutions.
- Integrate complex data sources into data ecosystems that support AI applications.
- Mentor data engineers, data scientists, and other relevant team members.
- Evaluate tools, technologies, and platforms for AI and data functionality.
- Ensure data processes and AI models are robust, accurate, secure, and efficient.
- Support cross-functional data-driven decision-making and incorporate relevant architecture developments into planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale data architecture systems.
- Expertise in AI technologies and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar programming language.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Extensive experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and innovation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in data architecture and AI-related roles.
- CDMP or AWS Certified Data Analytics certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record leading complex AI and data architecture projects.
