Lead the development and maintenance of AI data platforms aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Own data integration, platform capabilities, governance, documentation, and operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations enabling seamless data flow between systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data needs and integrations.
- Manage and mentor data engineers and integration specialists.
- Oversee data models and pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve platform capabilities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Develop documentation and best-practice guidelines for platform and integration operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing data platform development and integration projects.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration tools.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
- Familiarity with AI technology integration into data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in data platforms, integration, and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of integration frameworks and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or SQL.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Relevant technology or methodology certifications are a plus.
