Responsibilities
- Promote Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic area and customer accounts
- Develop, build, and strengthen long term relationships with stakeholders
- Partner with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
- Support technical/clinical needs including pre procedure planning, intra operative support, and post implant patient management
- Provide technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct on site education and consulting
- Provide on call support as needed
- Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with commercial organization to enhance sales processes and product launches
- Stay updated on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings
Requirements
- Experienced professional from the medical device market
- Ability to travel 60 70% of the time
- Strong communication and relationship building skills

A Day in the Life

- For this role, you will be based in Abha, Saudi Arabia, with 60 70% expected travel time.
Responsibilities
- Promotes Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts.
- Develops, builds, and strengthens long term relationships with stakeholders.
- Partners with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions.
- Supports technical/clinical needs at hospital including therapy indications, pre procedure planning, intra operative support, and post implant patient management.
- Provides technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conducts on site education and consulting, as well as supporting customer relations with healthcare professionals.
- Provides on call support as needed.
- Travels to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders.
- Works closely with commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathway.
- Ongoing technical development by staying up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
- Involvement in cross functional assignments.
