- Provide technical and clinical support during neurovascular, peripheral vascular, and aortic procedures
- Deliver product training and clinical education to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of case support activities, customer interactions, and inventory using Salesforce.com
- Support physicians during procedures and assist with therapy adoption initiatives
- Enable market expansion and protect existing business through consistent field presence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Interventional Radiology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field
- 3 4 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience in catheterization laboratories or angiography suite preferred

A Day in the Life
- As Technical Consultant, you will work alongside leading physicians and healthcare professionals while supporting life changing therapies and advanced medical procedures.
- This role offers hands on clinical exposure, continuous professional development, and the chance to contribute directly to improving patient care.
- This position is based in Jeddah and supports customers across the Western & Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support during procedures to ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
- Deliver product training and clinical education to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of case support activities, customer interactions, and inventory using Salesforce.com.
- Provide clinical support during Neurovascular, Peripheral Vascular, and Aortic procedures.
- Enable further market expansion and protect existing business through consistent field presence.
- Work closely with Catheterization Laboratory and Angiography Suite teams.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Interventional Radiology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field.
- 3 4 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in catheterization laboratories and/or Angiography Suite.
- Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular, or other minimally invasive, image guided procedures.
- Familiarity with medical device technologies and clinical case support.
- Additional certifications or training related to biomedical engineering or clinical applications.
