About the Role

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales professionals
- Drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s IB network
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
- Develop regional sales strategies to increase market share
- Work closely with senior management on business expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Forex/CFD industry experience
- Previous experience leading a sales or business development team
- Strong existing client portfolio and extensive IB network
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate Net Deposits and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong knowledge of MT4, MT5, CRM systems, and brokerage operations
- Must be willing to work full time from our Dubai office
- Arabic, English, Hindi, or multilingual candidates are highly preferred
