About the Role

  • We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in the Forex/CFD industry and is capable of bringing in new clients, IBs, and business opportunities while maintaining long term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new retail and institutional business.
  • Acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent client service.
  • Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Forex/CFD sales or business development experience.
  • Existing client portfolio and/or active IB network is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Arabic, English, Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work full time from our Dubai office.
