- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team through structured onboarding, training, and continuous coaching
- Conduct regular one on one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Foster a high performance, competitive, and collaborative sales culture
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards
- Organize client seminars, events, and engagement activities
- Manage team KPIs, revenue targets, and campaign performance metrics
- Monitor sales activities, outbound calling campaigns, and conversion rates
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Motivate and guide the team to consistently exceed sales targets
- Analyze sales reports and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Maintain personal sales performance and achieve individual revenue targets
- Manage and strengthen the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and developing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of CFD, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Futures, Stocks, or related financial products
- Proven experience in call center operations and sales team management
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building abilities
- Resilient, energetic, self motivated, and results oriented
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

Team Leadership & Development

What We Offer
- Competitive salary package of AED 15,000 – 30,000 per month.
