Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services to passengers
- Operate company assigned vehicles in compliance with RTA regulations and company policies
- Accept and complete trips through approved ride hailing platforms (e.g., Uber, Yango, Bolt)
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a positive passenger experience
- Follow assigned routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness at all times
- Report vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to operations management
- Comply with platform guidelines, traffic laws, and company operational procedures
- Maintain accurate trip records and follow daily deployment schedules
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – minimum required category)
- Valid RTA Driver Permit for ride hailing (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation systems
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and medically cleared to drive

Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – minimum required category).

- Minimum secondary education preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation systems.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Customer focused attitude with professional conduct.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and medically cleared to drive.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience as a ride hailing, taxi, limousine, or delivery driver.
- Familiarity with ride hailing mobile applications.
- Strong time management and route planning skills.
- Calm and professional approach when handling customers.
