Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of life insurance, savings, and investment clients
- Provide professional financial advisory services to expatriate and HNW clients
- Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable protection, savings, and investment solutions
- Present and promote life insurance, retirement planning, education planning, and wealth accumulation products
- Build and maintain long term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing support
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, including CBUAE, IA, and SCA guidelines
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Real Estate, or Financial Services
- Proven experience in consultative sales and client relationship management
- Basic understanding of life insurance, savings, and investment products
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and target driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month
