- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Generate new business opportunities for maintenance, fit out, renovation, and technical services projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, facility management companies, developers, consultants, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project discussions
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up on leads and opportunities
- Coordinate with operations, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management
- Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE sales experience in maintenance, fit out, construction, interior fit out, technical services, or facility management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business
- Existing network of clients, consultants, developers, and facility management companies in the UAE market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
