- Plan, allocate, and supervise daily team tasks to achieve operational targets
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure warehouse activities (receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control) are completed accurately
- Extract daily reports from WMS and organize data in Excel
- Analyse operational data, manage reconciliations, and perform data cleaning
- Support data entry activities and ensure WMS is updated accurately
- Maintain quality and process standards per SOPs and client requirements
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong working relationships
- Coordinate with packing material suppliers and procurement team
- Supervise and lead relocation operations
- Ensure QHSE and security policies are implemented
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity

Job Overview

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Work Experience: 2–4 years in warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Specific Skills: Financial acumen, MS Office skills, ability to work independently, communication skills, result oriented, team management skills, planning and organizing skills.
