About the Role
Deloitte's BrightStar Program 2026 in Tax & Legal is a part-time rotational program for UAE Nationals in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Participants will gain exposure to various tax service lines including Business Tax, International Tax, and Transfer Pricing.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a unique rotational program through several key service lines within Tax, including Business Tax, International Tax, Global Employer Solution, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax, and Business Process Solutions
- Gain diverse exposure across various service lines to build a well rounded understanding of the tax landscape
- Engage with experienced professionals to enhance insights and industry acumen
- Devise creative solutions for clients’ tax related challenges
- Contribute directly to projects that have real world implications for clients across different sectors
Requirements
- Final year university students pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing)
- Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
