About the Role
Deloitte is seeking a Manager for Risk, Regulatory & Forensic in Riyadh. The role involves operational risk management including framework governance, risk assessment, monitoring, incident management, validation, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Update ORM Policy to align with CMA Prudential Rules
- Standardize risk categories and scoring scales
- Refresh or create risk registers for all departments
- Conduct RCSA workshops with business owners
- Produce heatmaps showing Inherent vs. Residual risk levels
- Establish KRI library with RAG thresholds
- Define KCI to monitor critical controls
- Build/update loss database for operational losses and near misses
- Provide RCA methodology for major failures
- Conduct challenge sessions to verify risk scores
- Perform control testing to ensure controls exist and are effective
- Create semi annual operational risk dashboard for Risk Committee
Requirements
- 10 12 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory
- Experience with Operational Risk Systems; familiarity with BenchMatrix Risk Nucleus System is an added advantage

Key Areas
- Framework & Governance: Update ORM Policy, standardize risk taxonomy.
- Risk Assessment (RCSA): Refresh risk registers, conduct workshops, produce heatmaps.
- Monitoring & Metrics (KRI/KCI): Establish KRI library with RAG thresholds, define KCI.
- Incident Management (RCA): Build loss database, provide RCA methodology.
- Validation: Conduct challenge sessions, control testing, back testing.
- Reporting & Training: Create risk dashboard, train staff.
Qualifications
- Should have experience working with Operational Risk Systems; familiarity with BenchMatrix Risk Nucleus System is an added advantage.
- We are looking for candidates with 10–12 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
