Job Overview

- Deloitte’s Gi3 team is the leading innovation incentives provider in Canada and globally.
- The team helps companies access SR&ED, Federal and Provincial merit based funding programs, and Clean Economy ITCs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Senior Analyst and 5+ years for Manager in a software, hardware, telecommunications, or broader technology development role.
- Experience preparing SR&ED tax credit claims.
- University degree in engineering or a bachelor’s degree in a technology related field.
- Direct experience in technology related projects is an asset.
- Ability to understand technical data, interpret legislative tax rules, and communicate key insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Curiosity and interest in technology, business, and industrial processes.
Total Rewards
- Salary range for Manager: CAD 84,000 CAD 140,000.
- Salary range for Senior Analyst: CAD 68,000 CAD 102,000.
- Eligible to participate in bonus program.
