- What will your typical day look like?
- Role summary Drive end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery for our global member firms.
- You’ll lead delivery teams, own the product roadmap and offerings, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure high-quality, on-time solutions that map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
- The ServiceNow COE delivers the platform to worldwide services teams supporting our member firms.
- We operate virtually across time zones using specialized tools and a collaborative culture.
- We’re passionate about building a ServiceNow platform that enables the business end-to-end, and we’re looking for teammates who share that drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery leadership: Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent ServiceNow engagements, ensuring commitments are met on time, on budget, and at agreed quality levels.
- Customer & stakeholder management: Maintain open, transparent communications with customers, internal COE stakeholders, and vendors; build and sustain strong relationships.
- Product strategy & roadmap: Define, maintain, and socialize the ServiceNow product/solution roadmap and go-to-market offerings.
- Pipeline & demand management: Own intake through delivery — idea submission, demand assessment, Statement of Work, and chartering.
- Solutioning & best practices: Translate customer needs into ServiceNow capabilities, advise on optimal designs, and help customers avoid common pitfalls.
- Process & compliance: Ensure consistent, auditable processes across the COE; identify and implement process improvements as needed.
- Quality & value realization: Measure and drive delivery outcomes and benefits realization tied to the roadmap.
- Team growth & delivery model: Coach and develop team members, manage onshore–offshore delivery models, and foster a collaborative virtual environment.
- Communication of value: Clearly articulate solution value to stakeholders across regions and influence adoption.

Qualifications
- Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in delivery, product, or team management roles, with proven leadership of delivery teams.
- ServiceNow expertise: Deep hands-on and strategic knowledge of ServiceNow and demonstrable experience implementing ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/Discovery, SAM/HAM, and related offerings.
- Delivery skills: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and priorities. Agile delivery experience required.
- Stakeholder skills: Strong communicator with experience working across global stakeholders and vendors.
- Product skills: Experience creating product strategy, roadmaps, and measuring benefits.
- Coaching & operating model: Experience coaching junior staff and operating in onshore–offshore models.
- Nice to have: ServiceNow certifications, experience in large-scale/global deployments, and prior COE or shared-services experience.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is CAD 85,000 - CAD 156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
