About the Role
Deloitte Global seeks a Senior Manager of Technology Procurement to lead global category strategy, sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for SaaS, Cloud, and AI. You will manage a team, run multiple negotiations, and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

- Deliver and maintain Master Category Strategies that drive measurable global cost savings, avoidance or commercial value
- Deliver end to end sourcing & contracting including RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and negotiations
- Participate in frequent planning and project rationalization balancing against delivery capacity
- Provide cross functional advisory partnering with Technology Stakeholders, VMO's, Legal, Risk and Finance
- Provide team leadership & development: recruit, coach and develop procurement professionals
- Build strategic Supplier partnerships within global technology Suppliers
- Provide data driven recommendations synthesizing market intelligence and spend data
- Support continuous improvement & enablement of the Global Procurement function
- Provide responsive stakeholder support with timely project summaries and financial analyses
- Provide Supplier Relationship Management support for key suppliers
- Assist in managing CSAT by managing supplier and internal customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Procurement of Technology and related categories
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong understanding of common sourcing templates, tools, and methodologies
- Expertise in Technology contract negotiations and relationship management
- Understanding of contract terms and implications
- Persuasive and convincing communication skills
- Knowledge of standard Category strategy execution process
- Ability to interpret member firm needs, tech landscape, commercial implications
- Familiarity with business case reviews, complex proposal comparison and TCO evaluation
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
- Experience in working in an IT or IT Financial function is an asset

- Project management experience drafting, communicating and modifying project plans.
- Strong understanding of common sourcing templates, tools, and methodologies.
- Expertise in Technology contract negotiations and relationship management.
- Understanding of contract terms and implications.

- Knowledge of standard Category strategy execution process.

Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- Working independently in an unstructured environment.
- Working under tight time constraints, juggling multiple priorities.
- Interacting with internal clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in working in an IT or IT Financial function is an asset.
Total Rewards
- Salary range for this position is CAD 104,000 CAD 215,000.
- Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
