Role Overview

  • Miral is seeking a Talent Development Lead to drive our learning and development strategy, empowering colleagues across our world class attractions and experiences.
  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative development solutions, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support business objectives.
  • You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand departmental and park specific learning requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement, park visits, and special events.
  • Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Manage the end to end learning cycle, including Learning Needs Analysis, Program Design & Development, Training Delivery & Facilitation, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful workshops focused on technical, knowledge based, and soft skill development for employees at all levels.
  • Design and develop innovative online learning content using tools such as Articulate and Vyond.
  • Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms including Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting requirements.
  • Partner with the Talent Management team to support Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation.
  • Support Miral's Emiratization strategy in collaboration with the Emiratization team.
  • Contribute to internship programs, cross training initiatives, and multiskilling projects.
