About the Role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
  • They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Additionally, they will support employer branding efforts, maintain recruitment data, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing end to end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for role fit.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing hiring insights.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Role Scope: Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Role Scope: Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and collaborate on salary negotiations to ensure fair and competitive offers.
  • Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Role Scope: Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and recruitment marketing.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Role Scope: Stakeholders Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning.

Role Scope: Compliance & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
  • Generate reports and insights to track hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on industry best practices and feedback.

Role Scope: Workforce Planning & Market Insights

  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align hiring needs with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze hiring trends to provide insights on talent availability.
  • Develop proactive workforce planning strategies to address future talent needs.

Role Scope: Technology & Process Optimization

  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology to streamline recruitment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in hiring.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to optimize talent acquisition strategies.

Role Scope: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Promote and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and reduce bias in hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment practices with the company's DEI goals.
  • Track and report on diversity hiring metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
