At Ansius, we are looking for a small group of high-performing independent recruiters and agency owners to invest in.
The goal is simple: We provide the infrastructure to remove 80% of your manual screening work, allowing you to handle more roles, deliver better shortlists, and increase your profitability without increasing your hours.
You continue to operate under your own brand and own your client relationships.
Ansius acts as your back-end engine to ensure every decision you make is faster, more consistent, and backed by deep evaluation.
The Model
- We are not looking for regular recruiters; we are looking for partners.
- No Subscription Fee: Selected partners receive full access to the Ansius platform (standard cost: $2,000/month) at no cost.
- Shared Success: In return, Ansius receives a small share of the placement fee only when you successfully close a role.
- Full Autonomy: You keep your clients, your brand, and your existing commercial agreements.
How You Will Scale
- You will use the Ansius evaluation engine to move past the limits of manual screening and keyword matching.
- Identify the "Hidden 30%": Our engine detects indirect evidence and transferable skills that legacy systems and fatigued recruiters miss.
- Radical Transparency: Give your candidates and clients a "Matching Analysis" that explains exactly why someone is a fit.
- Eliminate Administrative Debt: Automated formatting, structured reporting, and intelligent sequencing are handled by the platform.
What You Bring
- You are an established recruiter or agency owner with active, paying clients.
- You are tired of the "manual processing" trap and want to move toward a more structured, scalable way of working.
- You take full responsibility for your client acquisition and the final hiring decisions.

Critical Requirements
Active freelance recruiter or recruitment agency owner
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Full ownership of client communication and the hiring process
Fluent professional English
Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for revenue and results
Important Requirements
Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting
Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers
Comfort and proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems
Strong focus on efficiency and measurable recruitment outcomes
Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume
Interest in improving processes and leveraging automation
Experience With High-Volume Hiring
Existing clients who could benefit from structured screening
Experience working with international clients
Interest in structured and AI-supported hiring tools
Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience
