About the Role
Ansius is hiring a Sales Lead Manager for a client in the UAE's Outdoor Advertising market. Responsibilities
- Generate new business across the company's outdoor advertising portfolio
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Meet with direct clients and media agencies to identify and develop new opportunities
- Prepare and present commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Coordinate campaign execution with the operations team
- Cross sell across the full range of advertising assets
- Represent the company at industry and networking events
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- 6–10 years of total sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant Outdoor Advertising (OOH) sales experience in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Proven track record selling hoardings, digital unipoles, digital media facades and/or premium OOH inventory
- Existing, active database of direct client relationships across sectors such as real estate, retail, jewellery, banking & financial services, automotive, telecom and currency exchange
- Established relationships with major local and international media agencies
- English required; Hindi preferred; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Must have their own car

About the Company
- Our client is an established player in the UAE's Outdoor Advertising (OOH) market, with a premium portfolio spanning static hoardings, digital unipoles, digital media facades and vessel advertising across Dubai.
Role Overview
- This role exists to grow revenue across an already established OOH portfolio by developing new business from direct clients and media agencies, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong occupancy across the company's inventory.
- You'll be stepping into a competitive, mature UAE OOH market. This isn't a market building role; it's a revenue growth role, so the company needs someone who can hit the ground running: someone who already understands this market, already has an active network of direct client and agency relationshi
Key Responsibilities

Critical Requirements
- 6–10 years of total sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant Outdoor Advertising (OOH) sales experience in the UAE

- Strong proposal writing and client presentation skills
- High energy and resilience, with the confidence to negotiate firmly and push back when needed
- Agile, out of the box thinker who is comfortable in a fast paced, target driven, competitive sales environment
- Personable and relationship driven, with a professional, presentable manner in front of senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with RTA media or other premium, large budget OOH inventory
- Track record managing large annual advertising budgets
